Variety is central to DJ KenFused's approach to any function, particularly when the audience consists of folks of varying ages and musical tastes. KenFused has dozens of genres from which to choose from and will continue to add more as new suggestions/requests from clients arise. KenFused supplies his clients with an Artist/Genre spreadsheet in order to provide a glimpse into his vast collection.

DJ KenFused can function simply as a "human jukebox", playing request after request to satisfy the crowd, whether it's to fill the dance floor or just to provide background music for social and/or networking events. He prefers, however, to "put it in the mix", as certain Old School DJ's used to say, when the crowd wants to move and groove!!

Whenever possible, KenFused prefers to meet with the clients to make sure the right type of music is brought to the venue. As discussed in the "Equipment" section of this website, KenFused utilizes a "Digital Vinyl/CD music system", which enables him to carry several thousands of songs with him on his laptop computer. And, he's always striving to add to this collection, as he always expects that a client might request a song or an artist that he doesn't have. KenFused will make every effort to make that request a new part of his ever-growing music collection.

Although the source of music is, more often than not, the computer hard drive, the music system still allows KenFused to spin regular records or CD's as well. Clients can often bring their own discs to the event, which KenFused will be more than happy to use if it's not already in his collection.
